This ponytail is stunning! I got the 22in Ponytail in dark brown and it’s even more beautiful in person! It came in a cute pink box with two large bobby-pins. The hair was safely wrapped in a nice hair net. The hair is so luscious, thick and extremely silky and soft. I am totally blown away at the quality of this hair piece. I will never use fake ponytails again. The hair can be straightened or curled however I would wash it maybe once a week if you have too. It is considered dead hair since since it is real so keep that in mind when you are putting it through a lot of heat. It doesn’t retain moister like the hair on your head. When I do have to wash it I do a 25 to 30 min hair mask to help with maintenance. Lol I have never colored it before and honestly I would hate to because the color is so beautiful and also has so much definition and body. As far as installing it, it’s pretty easy and straight forward. I would recommend straightening or curling your own hair first before you put it into a ponytail so that the hair piece will blend in to your natural hair. Based on my experience so far with this brand of hair I would highly recommend trying it out, I would totally try there hair clip extensions too since the ponytails are so beautiful. Ps This also comes with a 1 year warranty! Chunky streaks do not look natural.I have BLACK hair and the natural black that I ordered didn’t match at all it was more brown than anything the hair was really soft and the packaging was nice but didn’t match had to return
