Earlier this year, I got a pixie cut and instantly regretted it. Fast forward a few months and I’m now in the awkward growing out stage where my hair is too short around the ears but long in the back and front. I was looking into hair extensions to bridge the gap and found these for a great price. I bought two packs of the 12” hair extensions and I’m so glad I did! My hair is pretty thin and fine so I found that doing a full head of extensions was a bit much (too heavy and hot for me), and definitely something for special occasions. BUT just today I took two of the pieces with two clips and cut a few inches off to match the length of my hair where it’s longest. In an instant I went from awkward grown out pixie to cute sleek bob. Only wearing one clip in on each side, it fills in the weird spot where my natural hair was too short, and it’s something I’ll be wearing every day now! I was contemplating another big chop to try to even things out, but now there is no need! The only issue I noticed was that the hair was noticeably darker closer to the weft but my hair covers it and it’s not an issue. These also come with replacement clips which is great! I don’t know much about hair extensions but the hair quality seems good, it doesn’t feel or look synthetic. Overall I’m super happy with these!Today was the worst.Something’s going on with my hair. Stress, health, I don’t know. I’m extremely overworked and feeling rather robbed from any life outside of work. I put aside doctors, hair dressers to work work work. No breaks, and it’s written in the rules.I had/have thick, medium coarse curly/way hair. I grew it for 2 years and it is about 20 inches long (more 16-18 now).I didn’t over bleach it or anything like that. It’s not fried or mush. It’s almost like thread unraveling and now my hair is millions of different lengths and when gathered all together a not so thick anymore ponytail trails off into thin scrappy ends. And it’s so dryyy.Basically I’m hiding all the problems I have with these extensions. I trim my hair pretty nice, but it had a bad week and I lost some more hair and did some more trimming while accepting it wasn’t as long as it used to be and I was getting tired of trimming it carefully. So I did not think I could hide this recent damage with the extensions and my hair is too broken to put up and hide the problems.Risking it all I washed my hair, washed my extensions and put it together wet, which I doubt they recommend.I put in two 2 clips, one at each side, and the one 4 clip in the back and I think I still pulled it off. I didn’t have time to style.I asked my friend after it air dried into my fuzzy curls and she still think my hair looks amazing.I might need two more pictures...I bought two sets. I almost backed out when I saw the shipping time but the seller contacted me immediately offering faster shipping and they arrived quickly.In pictures 1-2 I have 5-6 pieces on. I was trying to give you the range of color due to lighting.In pictures 3-4 I am not wearing the extensions and that’s the best I can hide it without any outside help. It is far worse than it looks.Please note my head turned to show an example of what I’m hiding. Straightened the breakage is totally obvious on the sides.I had to take the front shot, picture #5, so you could see how it did hide the short hair pretty well. I’d honestly have no sides and it reminds me of a mullet. Since I have/had/idk 20 inch long hair nobody knows so they’re still assuming it’s “my hair”. But due to having it up so long I did have one lady really scrutinizing my hair, but she wanted to know how I grew it so. She was right in my face... and did NOT have a clue.I feel really ashamed as I’m known for amazing hair and I haven’t had time to take care of myself.The extensions are saving me from feeling embarrassed.The color is amazing.You never see warm golden colors with highlights. You see a lot of beige and neutral. There’s a fine margin with not a lot of room for error or it’ll be reddish or orange, just not a good look.It’s more like my hair than I could have hoped to get. Even the knowing eye struggles to find it.One down side is I flip and run my fingers through my hair a ridiculous amount which could expose the clips.I’m not sure if I’ll have to get a Drew Barrymore short or a Demi Moore buzzed head.I don’t have enough hair to keep it long, if I went middle it’d really expose the too short. I bought two sets.I really want a topper, but they don’t have one I really like, not in this color...I have no experience with extensions but I am a licensed but not practicing cosmetologist.I feel like they were a good valueThey’re natural enough to pull it off.They curl and straighten well.I do believe they will last longer than the advertised life expectancy.I do handle them gently though. Carefully brush, wash, style as I want to last awhile.I only wear3 pieces. I doubt I could fit all 14 on my big head.On one of the single clip extensions the hair is going the wrong way. I was too busy to contact the seller about it.All in all I’m pretty picky, I’m colorblind too so I can sometimes see unmatched hair better than normal color vision.I’m overall happy with the cost/quality/product.I love the color!I still think I’ll have to find a topperOrdered and received within just 2 days. I ordered the 22” light brown with platinum blonde highlights (7 piece, 100g) I literally only used the 4 clip and 2 of the 2 clips on my wedding day which was plenty I wish I hadn’t bought so much. Also it was a little too long and the color wasn’t on point I would say the light brown was more like blonde. Luckily the girl who did my hair for my wedding is a licensed cosmetologist and really good so she had to cut it some and she did a really good job blending it in with my hair. Overall satisfied, my hair looked beautiful. *2nd pic just for reference of my hair without the clip ins*My hair is just dark brown, and I ordered the balayage dark brown to blonde. It looks soooo good in my hair. It actually matches my hair type perfectly. I didn’t even need to straighten or curl it. I had the perfect beach waves. I got it on sale, and now I wish I ordered another color too! These are amazingUPDATE: Ingot my second pair and it made all the difference! Like I said all in all 10/10 recommend the hair. It’s silky. 100% human hair, and holds curls and doesn’t frizz ?•They are 100% human hair. I used toner (lightened) on mine. And it stuck very well. They are super soft and didn’t frizz or break after I dyed them. 10/10 on the hair, alright who even sews them they do not double the weave it’s just single weaves sewn on the clips. So they’re pretty thin. But over all they’re extremely nice quality hair and clips. Personally I’ll be resewing the clips only cause a few of them aren’t sewn to the ends so the weave sticks out when you wear them. 1 pack for length, 2 for full head coverage if you’re trying to add affect to have full hair. I’ll be buying a second pack cause I like them, and I need more. Definitely worth every penny. I did wash in milkshake brand purple shampoo to match better to my hair since that’s what I regularly do to my own hair to keep my blonde vibrant and they match perfectly. I had considered tape ins and I just couldn’t commit to leaving in my hair all the time. I love the clip ins since I can take out and sleep. There are plenty of pieces with this set and hair is thick and full. I previously had another brand extension that I paid way more for in a 14 inch length and my hair had almost grown to that length so I decided to go longer. I think it was an amazing purchase. Packaged well and no strange smell. Washed, conditioned, blow dried, and curled perfectly. If the ends get a little frizz when you dry them just add a tiny bit of Kenya silkening gloss and they’ll smooth great. I have compliments all the time and everyone thinks it’s my own hair!I feel like they match okay, it’s hard to match to a photo online but I took a chance and they seem to blend okay when curled. The wefts are sewn very sloppy, the hair color bled a bit when washing, and I have to keep brushing them so they don’t look stringy. I probably will purchase a diff brand next time. They were $160 after tax and I feel like they could definitely be better quality.Great hair for the price, I was expecting the extensions to be more ash blonde as shown in the product picture, but in person it has a more yellowey tone to it. I took two pictures of it in different lighting and the other picture is against my ash blonde hair. The third picture is the extensions after using a purple tone lather shampoo for 5 minutes on the extensions. I am going to buy the pony tail in the same colour and try a few other ombré ones. I have fine hair and these worked perfect, not thick or heavy on the head! I was told I look ten year younger than 46 after putting them in. Hey better than botox!Bought these for volume and length (14" 120g). They are perfect. The quality of hair seems pretty good, especially for the price. I have only washed them once, they are still soft and don't tangle. Lost one star because one of the clips does not clamp tight and I will probably have to replace it. Overall happy with this purchase.
