I ordered the jerry curl texture in the 14" length in the color dark brown. When I first opened the package it smelled like beauty supply hair, and the color was a reddish light brownwhich worried me because I have a hair color 4 which is a true dark brown. The curl pattern was beautiful and the hair was soft, but the ends were very dry. When I washed the hair to try to get the smell out there was a good amount of shedding which I expected because the hair is curly. When I did shampoo the hair it rinsed out this weird brown color. Like the water had a weird color as if the hair was dirty if that makes sense. I conditioned the hair and let it sit for about 20 mins before rinsing in cool water. Oddly the hair is now a little more of a dark brown, but still has that reddish color to it but not as much as it did before washing. As if the reddish color to it rinsed out when I washed it. The curls were a tighter curl but after washing it loosened the curls to a more jerry curl texture. Once the hair dried I noticed that there are synthetic fibers which made me believe it's a remy mix and NOT 100% human hair like they claim it to be. I've purchased & spend hundreds of dollars on quality 100% human unprocessed hair to know what is what. So I will say this hair is not 100% unprocessed human hair. I haven't straightened or colored the hair to know how that will hold up. I'll update my review once I've dyed the hair to match my hair color, and have worn them, but so far other than the fact that it's not 100% unprocessed human hair I do like the hair & will probably order again for a fuller look. One set is not enough for a full head. When I first opened the package I thought it would be enough because it was very full but after washing and conditioning the hair it has more of that conditioned juicy curls look. But I would recommended purchasing for the price and quality. Just don't expect it to be 100% human hair. I've included photos of when I first received the hair and after washing it and letting it dry over night.
