Straight out of the package it’s pretty bad. You must shampoo first. Then I did a root smudge. I am a hairstylist, but you can do this at home. The bangs are long enough to cut to your liking. The only little thing I don’t like are the small wefts in the bang area but they can be hidden. I’m also going to add a couple of more weft to the back. I wear extensions, so I like the topper because you can cover any extensions that might show. I recently purchased a topper from a supplier only for professionals. This one is better because it has the realistic scalp and way less expensive. (The pictures are taken of the topper air-dried, not styled. They dry with a slight wave.)
