I just received mine. From the negative reviews I was scares. I got natural black. I'm going to do a low ponytail not a high one. People who are saying it's shiny. You can use dry shampoo or it clearly tells you how to wash it. Wash it 1st before use. I gave it 4 stars because I have not worn it yet, I don't know how easy or how hard it may be to put it in.
